FUTURE WORKS

EXPLOSIVE SELF - Producer, director, editor and performer.

Melbourne’s top surrealist performance artists, Timothy Christopher Ryan, The Mighty Caesar, Marija Herceg and Louise Purcell, present acts that transition from a realistic representation of the routine/ritual through to abstracted and satirical depictions; exploring the wild places our mind takes us when we’re forced into this isolated introspection. Through physicality the audience will see all kinds of authentic self-expression from our performers; there will be butoh-esk quaking, sensual food fights, tears from laughter, bodies head-to-toe in paint, puffs of powder, manipulations of the body and much more.

MOIST - Producer, director and performer.

This racy and hilarious physical theatre spectacle is sopping wet as it takes the audience through a disco fuelled romp with acrobatics, poetry, circus and dancing.

With a cast of truly unique variety performers and a soundtrack designed by an iconic Melbourne DJ this extravaganza will present a modern interpretation on the cabaret genera.

To be premiered at Feast Festival, Adelaide, in Nov 2020 and toured over 2020/2021 festival season.
